Residential research project based in and around Lough Boora Parklands. Students from Brown University worked with members of the local community, interacting with and responding to various scenarios within the arts and heritage sectors of County Offaly


Key Role:

  • Developed links between, Lough Boora Parklands, Brown University and Offaly County Council Heritage officer
  • Grant writing and fund raising for programme
  • Researched and coordinated opportunities for students to engage with the local community
  • Created audio and video podcasts based on field recordings.
  • Coordinated accommodation, food and transport during the 2 week reserch project.
